Coffee Pot, circa 1765-69: Coffee pot and cover of silver form with domed cover; the body of the pot and dome of the cover pineapple moulded between rims painted in blue with cell and diaper borders; the spout of curving swan-mouth form moulded with scrolling vines enriched in blue underglaze and with painted sprigs; the rococo handle with moulded scrolls and terminals. Robustly potted; even body with thick, slightly blued glaze. Straw translucency. Underside glazed. H.9.3 in (24.0 cm).

A very fine crack encircles the foot at precisely the junction of the body and the footrim.
